Anastasiia Zykova

Anastasiia Zykova is a seasoned professional in executive search and research analysis, currently serving as a Business Analyst at Egon Zehnder since July 2024, focusing on the Financial Services Practice Group. Previously, Anastasiia held various leadership roles at Altrata, including Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing and coaching Research Analysts and overseeing project delivery. With experience as a Quality & Development Specialist, Anastasiia enhanced research quality through training and implemented standards for the Research Department. Prior roles also include Research Analyst at Wealth-X and Junior Research Fellow at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics, among others. Anastasiia holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Central European University and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the Higher School of Economics.
