Janice Pai

Janice Pai is a seasoned consultant currently at Egon Zehnder since 2019, with a robust background in the healthcare and engineering sectors. Prior to this role, Janice served as Senior Vice President at Validant, where leadership of the Global Client Service organization was a key focus. Janice's experience also includes tenure as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, guiding high-impact projects within the Global Healthcare and Operations Practice. Early career roles included Product Development Engineer positions at GE and Va Health Care Systems, and research at Nokia Bell Labs in semiconductor reliability.
