Shalini Malhotra

Shalini Malhotra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, operations, and leadership. Currently, Shalini serves as the Global Head of Alliances at Egon Zehnder since October 2022, following a brief tenure as a Program Leader for Talent Intelligence and Change Management at Amazon. Shalini previously played pivotal roles at Egon Zehnder from 2012 to 2022, including Global PMO and Change Management Leader and Chief Operating Officer of Knowledge Center India. Additional experience includes positions at Microsoft as Business Planning Lead and multiple executive roles at Genpact, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, customer loyalty, and operations excellence. Shalini began the career at NIIT Ltd as a Research Engineer after earning a Masters in Computer Applications from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
