Shine Ding

Shine Ding is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational strategy, currently serving as a Partner and Regional CHRO Practice Leader at Egon Zehnder since September 2015. Shine is dedicated to building an HR community in Asia, assisting HR leaders in navigating complex challenges, and enhancing the prominence of Asian HR leaders globally. Additionally, as the APAC Digital Practice Leader, Shine advises clients on critical leadership topics, particularly during periods of growth and transformation. Shine also contributes as an Advisor on the Education & Talent Committee for the Board of Governors at UWC South East Asia. Previous experience includes roles as Special Initiative Leader at Volkswagen AG, where Shine implemented strategies for operational growth and turnaround initiatives, and as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, providing strategic advisory services to various multinational corporations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
