Glen Fleming has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering field. Glen started their career in 2003 as a Project Engineer at IDEAS, where they gained valuable project management experience. In 2005, they joined Cryoquip Australia as a Project Engineer, where they focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and documentation, as well as streamlining workflows to increase efficiency.

In 2007, Glen moved to Andrew Donald Design Engineers, where they worked as a Design Engineer. In this role, they were involved in the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept development to installation and testing of equipment. Glen also gained experience in CAD modeling and creating manufacturing drawings.

Since 2011, Glen has been working at Ego Pharmaceuticals, progressing through various roles. Glen started as a Packaging Engineer, managing capital projects and designing custom automation systems. Glen then advanced to the position of Senior Packaging Engineer, where they led end-to-end project management and design of machine improvements. In 2015, they became the Engineering Manager for Packaging, responsible for strategic planning, staffing, and implementation of projects.

Currently, Glen is serving as the Head of Engineering at Ego Pharmaceuticals. In this role, they lead and manages multiple engineering departments, overseeing maintenance, capital projects, and equipment procurement. Glen also coaches and leads a multidisciplinary team of project managers and engineers, handling a large program of projects.

Throughout their career, Glen Fleming has demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, strategic planning, and equipment design.

Glen Fleming completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)(Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Monash University from 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications, including "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" and "Learning Autodesk Vault" from LinkedIn in June 2019. In May 2019, they completed "Managing Organizational Change for Managers", and in March 2019, they obtained the certification for "Giving and Receiving Feedback". Glen also completed "BIM Foundations" in February 2019 and "Change Management Foundations" in December 2018. Additionally, they achieved certifications such as "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" and "Program Management Foundations" in October 2018. Glen obtained their "Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification in September 2018 from LinkedIn, and also holds a "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapter, Inc, which was obtained in July 2019. Furthermore, they have achieved an advanced fluency level in Spanish (estimated) through the Duolingo language learning platform in February 2016.
