Jennifer Challenger worked for Jennifer Challenger Coaching And Consulting Ltd as an Executive Coach starting in December 2020. Previously, they worked for eg+ worldwide as the CFO starting in October 2003.

Jennifer Challenger has a diverse education history with a focus on accounting and finance as well as human resources management and services. Jennifer obtained a CGMA degree in Accounting and Finance from CIMA, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications.

In 2016 and 2017, Jennifer pursued a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC - Academy of Executive Coaching. Jennifer further enhanced their coaching skills by completing a Professional Executive Coach degree from AoEC in 2018 and 2019, specializing in coaching. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Coach degree from ICF in 2019.

Jennifer has also obtained several additional certifications. Jennifer completed the Breakthrough Coaching - Enhanced Practitioner program from World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) in December 2020. Jennifer also obtained an ICF certification from the International Coaching Federation in May 2020. In 2018, they obtained a Professional Executive Coach, Coaching, Advanced certification from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching.
