Jonathan Mark

Jonathan Mark has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jonathan started their career as a Production Manager at Tandem in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Digital Producer at JM from 2007-2010. Following this, they joined esoft as a Quality Manager in 2010 and later became a Digital Project Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director, successfully growing the Spanish office and overseeing various aspects of the business. In 2017, they joined Rakuten as a Senior Digital Project Manager, where they managed and delivered work streams for digital projects and coached development teams to improve efficiency and time-to-market. Jonathan then worked at The Designory as a Senior Digital Project Manager before being promoted to Director Of Production in early 2020. Jonathan currently holds the position of Director of Production at eg+ worldwide.

Jonathan Mark completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Media theory and production from the University of Skövde between 2000 and 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Jonathan attained the following: JLPT N3 from JEES - Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in December 2019, 6 Sigma Green Belt from VMEdu Inc. in June 2015, PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG-International in July 2014, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in June 2014, ITIL Foundation from APMG-International in April 2014, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in November 2013.
