Cate Hathaway

Cate Hathaway is currently a Business Development Representative at Egress, a subsidiary of KnowBe4, since January 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Lab Manager for the SCAN Lab at Columbia University from August 2022 to January 2024 and as a Research Assistant at UC Berkeley's Cognitive Neuroanatomy Lab from May 2021 to May 2022, where research focused on cognitive and structural development. Additional roles include an internship with One Fair Wage, involvement as an Ambassador for The Women’s Network, and participation as a Teen Council Member for Common Sense Media. Cate Hathaway holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science with a minor in Global Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and has pursued studies in Organizational Behavior at The London School of Economics.
