Katja Schimmelpfennig is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Service at eGroup since November 2022. Previously, Katja held roles such as Head of Operations Germany at ZAVA, Group Head of Customer Care at NEXTCLINICS INTERNATIONAL, and Head of Customer Services at medneo GmbH. Katja also served as Global Director of Operational Excellence and Change Management at ADEN Services and Director of Operations - North Asia at International SOS, where responsibilities included overseeing operations in China.
