Andrea Sperduto has held a variety of roles in their career. Andrea began their career as a Bartender/Server at World Choice Investments, LLC dba: Dolly Parton's Stampede & Pirates Voyage in 2012. In 2014, they became a Social Media/Event Planner Intern at Croissants Bistro & Bakery and a Catering and Events Admin at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. Andrea then moved on to become an Event Coordinator (Manager) at Myrtle Beach Convention Center in 2016, where they were responsible for coordinating pre-event activities, conducting facility tours for potential and current clients, and assisting with the marketing department in managing various social media outlets. In 2022, they began their current role as an Alliance Support Coordinator at eGroup, where they are responsible for assisting the Director of Alliances in maintaining and expanding the company's partnership with current and future Microsoft co-selling opportunities.

Andrea Sperduto has a long history of education and certifications. Andrea attended the University of South Carolina from 2010 to 2011 and pursued a field of study in Communication and Media Studies, but did not obtain a degree. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Coastal Carolina University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In 2017, they obtained the Effective Supervisory Practices certification from the City of Myrtle Beach. In 2018, they obtained the CLIMB 4.0 certification from the City of Myrtle Beach, the 10Hr Course General Industry Safety & Health Course certification from the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), and the Conflict Management Skills for Women certification from SkillPath. In 2020, they obtained the Cvent Certified certification from Cvent.
