Ben Gaddy

Ben Gaddy has worked in the IT industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked for Blackbaud as an Inside Sales Representative and Account Development Representative. In this role, they were the first ADR hired by Blackbaud and consistently exceeded expectations in leads generated. Ben was promoted after three months to an inside sales role. From 2003 to 2006, they worked for TaxTalent.com as an Account Executive and Recruiter. In this role, they worked with tax hiring authorities to fulfill high-level contract tax positions and generated and fulfilled over $350,000 in Gross Margin in 2005 and over $200,000 in 2004. Since 2006, they have been working for eGroup | Together, We Make IT Happen, where they have held the roles of Principal - Operations, Director of Sales Operations, Inside Sales Manager, and Inside Sales Executive. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the team's success in achieving corporate sales and new customer acquisition goals.

Ben Gaddy received their Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest University between 1992 and 1996.
