Ganesan G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ganesan began their career in 1990 as an R&D Production Engineer at Proteck Machinery Pvt. Ltd, where they focused on developing and installing prepress and post press equipment. Ganesan gained expertise in automation, embedded systems, and low-level programming during this time.

In 1994, Ganesan joined TechNova Imaging Systems (P) Ltd as a Sales Manager for South India, specializing in prepress sales. Ganesan then moved to Heidelberg India (formerly EAC Graphics India) in 1995 as the Southern Sales & Marketing Head for Prepress-Linotype Hell.

In 1997, they joined Software Technology Intl as the Regional Head for Recruitment/Placement in the New England Area. After that, they joined Universal Software Corporation in 2000 as the Branch Head for Recruitment/Placement in Chemlsford, MA, USA.

In 2002, Ganesan became a Consultant at Masteros/GSN, focusing on providing consulting services. Ganesan then joined ePairs Software in 2003 as the Head of Recruitment.

In 2005, they joined ABC Consultant/Manpower India as the Head of the IT Business Vertical in Chennai. Ganesan then moved on to Strategic Manpower Solutions Ltd, a Reliance Retail Subsidiary, in 2006, where they served as the Head of HR-Recruitment.

Finally, in 2009, Ganesan joined a US-based software development and manpower consulting MNC in Parlin, NJ/Chennai. Ganesan held multiple roles including Mentor, Head HR, and Operations.

Throughout their career, Ganesan has gained extensive experience in HR, recruitment, operations, and consulting, making him a versatile professional in the software development and manpower consulting fields.

Ganesan G. completed their secondary education from S.H.N.V. Hr. Sec School between 1972 and 1985. Ganesan then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1985 to 1989.
