Stefka Chaprazova

Stefka Chaprazova is an experienced professional in product and project management within the online gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Director Online Games and Head of PMO at EGT Digital since November 2019, Stefka established the Product and Project Management Office and leads teams of Product Owners and Project Managers. Previously, as Senior Product Owner and Deputy Head of PMO at Software Group, Stefka oversaw 34 Project Managers and Business Analysts across multiple countries, focusing on continuous improvement and career development. Prior experience includes project and program management roles at VIVACOM and Opticentre, along with a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Technical University of Sofia and an MBA from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski."
