Shervin Janze

Shervin Janze has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shervin began their career as a Visiting Lecturer in Finance at Gateway College Sri Lanka from September 2013 to November 2014. Shervin then worked as a Finance Analyst Intern at Hayleys Business Solutions International, where they analyzed processes and systems and handled accounts receivable and debtor management. Shervin also trained in SAP and served as a Project Accountant and Coordinator.

Shervin then joined Aitken Spence Technologies as an Associate Consultant, specializing in Oracle Customer Experience Cloud and EBS from July 2015 to September 2016. After that, Shervin joined LIMRA Holdings, where they held multiple roles. As a Group Business Analyst and Group ERP Administrator, they evaluated and implemented ERP systems, conducted business process re-engineering, and provided project management and functional consultancy for HCM implementation.

In 2018, Shervin joined PwC as a Project Manager and Oracle Cloud Application Consultant. Shervin provided consultancy for Cloud ERP implementations, including project governance, risk management, project delivery, and budgetary control. Shervin also managed the Expolanka freight Cargo Wise global implementation.

Shervin then moved to eGuardian in 2019 where they held various positions. As a Practice Head for Digital Transformation, they were responsible for the value-added distribution and consulting practice of the product portfolio. Shervin also managed the digital transformation team, ensuring quality and delivery of consulting services. As a Product Manager and Practice Head for UiPath Robotic Process Automation, they oversaw product distribution, implementation, channel partner recruitment and management, and RPA project and program management.

From 2012 to 2014, Shervin attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and obtained the degree of Associate Member in Accounting and Business/Management.

During the same period, from 2012 to 2015, Shervin also attended Staffordshire University and earned a B.A (Hons) in Business Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
