Roland Guggemos

Roland Guggemos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Most recently, they served as the Head of Partner Sales at EGYM | DACH since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Teamlead Partner Sales Germany at the same company from May 2020 to June 2022. Before joining EGYM, Roland worked at Urban Sports Club from 2013 to 2020, holding positions such as Business Development - Corporate Health/Insurance Solutions, Product Management - Health, Senior Partner Relations and Sales Manager, and Business Development/Partner Relations and Sales Manager. Roland also worked as a Fitness Instructor at Nautilus Fitness Center during 2012 and as a Dozent für Gesundheit und Wellness at bbw Hochschule from 2012 to 2013.

Roland Guggemos started their education in 2002, obtaining a Schreinergeselle degree from Manufakt Tettnang. Roland then went on to Kolping Kolleg Ravensburg from 2005 to 2008, where they received a degree in Allgemeine Hochschulreife with a focus on History and Biology. After that, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Deutsche Hochschule für Gesundheit und Sport, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Komplementär Medizin (Complementary Medicine). Roland furthered their education at the same institution, from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Gesundheitswissenschaften (Health Science).

In addition to their formal education, in 2002, Roland Guggemos obtained a CMAS Diving License from CMAS Österreich. Roland also has additional certifications, including a 1st Degree Black Belt in Kick-Thai Boxing from the World Combat Association and Martial Arts Association International in 2007, a Self Defence Instructor certification (ACS/ATS) from the World Combat Association/Martial Arts Association in 2008, a Fitness Instructor A certification from Akud & Co. Bildungsgesellschaft MbH in 2017, and a Projektmanager IHK/CCI certification from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern in 2018.
