Wessam Seif

Wessam Seif is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years in the field, currently serving as HR Director at Egypt Kuwait Holding since September 2012, where responsibilities include developing HR policies and managing compensation and benefits. Previously, Wessam held roles as HR & Admin Director and HR Manager at Peugeot Egypt - CDCM, overseeing administrative management, contractual affairs, recruitment, and employee safety. Prior to this, Wessam worked as Regional Recruitment & HR Manager for the Middle East at Moody International and as a Recruitment Specialist at First Egyptian Engineering. Wessam earned a B.Sc. from Cairo University between 1992 and 1998.
