Moneer ElNagar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, compliance, and strategic leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer at Egyptian Aviation Services E.A.S since January 2020, Moneer oversees a team of 30 HR and Admin professionals, managing HR services for 1,800 employees alongside an annual budget of 250 million. Previous roles include Lead Human Resources and HSEEQ Consultant at SBS, Human Resources Director at Misr Pharmacies, and Compensation and Benefits Manager at Egyptian Drilling Company - EDC, showcasing expertise in employee relations, strategic planning, and operational management. Moneer holds a Master’s degree in International/Global Studies from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Suze Cannel University.
