Asmaa Fouad

Asmaa Fouad is a prominent professional in the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as the Head of the Central Administration of Biological and Innovative Products and Clinical Trials at the Egyptian Drug Authority since August 2021. Prior to this role, Asmaa held the position of Section Head for Biological Reception within the Marketing Authorization Directorate at the Central Administration of Pharmaceutical Affairs, Egyptian Ministry of Health, from September 2017 to September 2022. Asmaa is also recognized as the General Manager of the Biological Products General Directorate and serves as a delegate of the Egyptian Drug Authority in the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH). Asmaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University, completed in 2002.
