Wael Soliman

Wael Soliman currently serves as the Deputy General Manager and Head of Credit Control & Administration at The United Bank of Egypt since January 2017, with previous roles including Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager in various capacities within the bank. Additional volunteer contributions are made at Rescue Squad and Egyptian Red Crescent from January 2019. Previous experience includes positions in collection and recovery at Union National Bank from May 2005 to January 2009, and a supervisory role in the Credit Management Unit at HSBC from October 1998 to May 2005. Wael Soliman holds an MBA from the University of Atlanta and a BBA in Accounting & Finance from Ain Shams University, complemented by an extensive foundational education in Cairo.
