Caroline S.

Caroline S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in volunteer services and election management. Currently serving as a Sr. Volunteer Services Specialist at the American Red Cross since October 2025, Caroline has previously held significant roles such as Deputy Director of Elections for New Hanover County, where responsibilities included supervising voting programs and enhancing training for Election Officials.
