Ravi Nirmal, MD PhD has a diverse work experience. Ravi started working as a Scientist at the University of Kentucky in May 2009 and continued in that role until May 2011. From June 2011 to May 2014, they served as a Physician at Georgetown University. In June 2018, they joined EHA Clinics as the Chief Innovation Officer. In October 2019, they transitioned to eHealth Africa, where they currently hold the position of Director for Medical and Scientific Affairs.

Ravi Nirmal, MD PhD, completed their education at the University of Kentucky from 2001 to 2011, where they obtained a dual degree in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering. In addition to their primary education, they have also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Organizational Excellence, A3 Thinking, Leader Gemba, Leader Standard Work, Medical Statistics, IRB members, and Group 1 - Investigators. The Organizational Excellence certification was obtained from Catalysis Inc. in June 2023, while the A3 Thinking, Leader Gemba, and Leader Standard Work certifications were obtained from the same institution in April 2023. The Medical Statistics certification was acquired from Stanford University in July 2022. Lastly, Ravi Nirmal obtained the IRB members and Group 1 - Investigators certifications from the CITI Program in April 2023 and January 2023, respectively.
