Mary Nicola

Mary Nicola is an experienced professional in health informatics and service delivery management, currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for Health Informatics at eHealth since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mary held various positions including DG Assistant at the Head of Technical Support Office at NBTS, Program Manager at the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, and Head of the Health Informatics Department at the National Blood Transfusion Services. With a robust background in quality management and IT, Mary has also led initiatives in digital transformation, training, and scientific research within several organizations, including the Egyptian National Blood Transfusion Center. Mary holds a Fellowship in Health Informatics from the Egyptian Fellowship and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Ain Shams University.
