This team ensures that projects are executed efficiently, within scope, and in compliance with financial and administrative policies. They work closely with on-ground health workers, NGO partners, and government officials to coordinate large-scale health system implementations, from vaccine delivery to COVID-19 response, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of eHealth solutions in challenging environments.
