Jay Johnstone is a seasoned professional in interoperability and industry engagement, currently serving as a Senior Interoperability Specialist at eHealth Exchange since January 2021. Previously, Jay held the role of Industry Engagement Senior Specialist at Evernorth and Cigna, where significant contributions included leading Cigna’s involvement in industry initiatives such as HL7 FHIR and Da Vinci, and co-chairing a workgroup to streamline prior authorization processes.
