John Billington

John Billington, MPA, PMP, currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Services and CFO at eHealth Saskatchewan since November 2022. With a robust background in public service, John has held various leadership roles within the Government of Saskatchewan from July 1999 to October 2022, including Executive Director in the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, overseeing municipal infrastructure and grant programs, and positions in grants administration and policy analysis. John's earlier experience includes serving as Municipal Administrator for the Town of Whitewood and the Village of Val Marie, as well as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Regina. John holds a Master of Project Management Certificate from the Schulich School of Business, a Master of Public Administration from the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, a Certificate in Local Government Administration from the University of Regina, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Saskatchewan.
