Mark Thacyk is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations management and technical support. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations Deskside Urban South at eHealth Saskatchewan since November 2022, Mark previously held the position of Manager Infrastructure Services at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Mark's extensive experience includes a tenure at Conexus Credit Union as the Information Technology Operations Manager, overseeing key IT operations across two datacenters. Additional roles include Senior Manager Desktop Services and Senior Manager Wintel Server Services at Co-Operators Life Insurance Company, as well as a Technical Platform Analyst and Network Analyst at various organizations. Mark began the career in IT support as an Administrator at Saskatchewan Wheat Pool. Mark holds a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology from SIAST Palliser Institute.
