Peng Xu

Peng Xu is a highly skilled machine learning engineer and data scientist currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer / Staff Data Scientist at eHealth, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, at Western Digital, held the position of Principal Engineer, Machine Learning, where contributions included the design and development of over seven image analysis applications using TensorFlow and PyTorch, which significantly reduced labor costs. Prior experience at Micron Technology encompassed roles as a Senior Engineer and Engineer, with notable achievements in computer vision applications that dramatically decreased measurement time and led to substantial cost savings. Peng Xu holds a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
