The Ehime Bank, Ltd. (the Bank) is a regional bank mainly engaged in the provision of financial services. The Bank operates in three business divisions. The Banking division is engaged in the provision of banking services, including deposits, loans, as well as domestic and foreign currency exchange services. The Leasing division is engaged in the provision of leasing services. The Others division is involved in the operation of computer-related, credit cards, guarantee and manpower dispatching businesses, as well as the investment to venture companies and the agriculture, forestry and fisheries industry. As of March 31, 2014, the Bank had five consolidated subsidiaries and four non-consolidated subsidiaries.
