Currently serving as CEO of the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable, Michael previously held key roles at SPRING - Strategic Planning & Retail Innovation Group as Principal and at Target, where responsibilities included Director of Enterprise Wellness Strategy, Senior Buyer for Healthcare Guest Experience & Services, and Senior Buyer for Electronics. Prior experience at Ford Motor Company encompasses roles such as Advertising Manager for the Ford Division, Brand Manager for the Lincoln MKX, and Product Marketing Manager. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
