Adam Casto

Adam Casto is a seasoned winemaking professional with extensive experience in the wine industry. Currently serving as Head Winemaker at Ehlers Estate since August 2023 and Winemaker for EIDOS Wines since April 2023, Adam has previously held various winemaking roles at Gandona Estate from 2013 to April 2023, including Winemaker, Associate Winemaker, and Assistant Winemaker. Notable prior positions include Vintage Winemaker at Marlborough Vintners, Production roles at Viña William Cole and DANA Estates, and Cellar Management at multiple establishments such as Marlborough Vintners, Domaine de Clovallon, Mas d'Alezon, and Stefano Lubiana Wines from 2011 to 2012.
