Brendan Ridge

Brendan Ridge has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brendan started their career in 2012 as an Exercise Specialist and Gym Receptionist at Sutherland Shire Council. Brendan evaluated clients' overall health and prescribed exercise programs to help them meet their lifestyle goals.

In 2014, Brendan worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Specialist at Vitalic (Ernst & Young), where they designed exercise programs for healthy individuals and monitored their progress. Brendan also evaluated their cardiovascular function and metabolism.

Later in 2014, Brendan joined The Exercise Clinic as an Exercise Physiologist, providing rehabilitative services for patients with chronic diseases and disabilities. Brendan conducted health evaluations and supervised the improvement and maintenance of clients' health and fitness.

In 2015, Brendan transitioned to the role of Fitness & Nutrition Editor at Dash Digital, a marketing agency specializing in the fitness sector. Brendan worked on content production and marketing strategies to engage online audiences within the fitness industry.

From 2016 to 2018, Brendan held positions as a Technical Content Editor and Manager at EHP Holdings, where they managed technical content and projects. Brendan then became the Head of Innovation, responsible for driving innovation within the company.

In 2020, Brendan was promoted to Head of Innovation & Technology at EHP Holdings. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in the fields of fitness, nutrition, content management, and innovation throughout their career.

Brendan Ridge completed their education in the following order:

1. In 2010-2011, they attended Bond University and earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree with a focus on Exercise Prescription and Rehabilitation.

2. In 2013-2014, they enrolled at Charles Sturt University and obtained a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology degree, specializing in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences.

3. Lastly, in 2014-2015, they studied at Gymnastikhøjskolen I Ollerup and received a diploma from the International Academy of Physical Education, focusing on Gymnastics and Physical Education.
