Katja Tiltscher

Katja Tiltscher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Technology & Innovation and Head of Research & Development for Machine Tools at TRUMPF since February 2015, Katja is responsible for a global team of 1,200 developers, focusing on process and organizational development, as well as agile transformation. Prior to TRUMPF, Katja held various HR leadership roles at Voith Group from 2008 to 2015, including Personalleitung VI Industries and Member of the Board of Management. Earlier experience includes positions at Nestlé as a Personalreferent and at Kienbaum Brasil as a Junior Consultant.
