Nikita Mleczko

Nikita Mleczko is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Human Resources and team management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at EHP Holdings since August 2018, Nikita leads the HR function and collaborates with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement talent strategies. Previous experience includes a role as Store Manager at Toys R Us, overseeing store operations and team management, and positions as a Promotions Assistant and Human Resources Assistant, where Nikita contributed to recruitment and communication strategies. Nikita also gained valuable skills during an internship at Cardinal Spin, working with diverse clients on media relations and event support. Education consists of a dual degree in Media and Communications and Commerce from the University of Wollongong, specializing in Public Relations, Advertising, Applied Communication, and Human Resources.
