Megan Baugh

Megan Baugh has a solid background in human resources, with their most recent role being Human Resource Director at Ehrhardt Automation Systems since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at the same company from December 2011 to February 2022.

In their role as Human Resource Manager, they played a key role in transforming the HR department into a comprehensive organization focused on best-in-class HR policies, staff and management training, and support of strategic business goals. Megan also implemented new recruitment, staffing, and workforce development programs to address the skills gap and was responsible for talent acquisition for professional and skilled workforce. Additionally, Megan served as a post-acquisition HR leader during the transition from ESOP ownership to Private Equity.

Before joining Ehrhardt Automation Systems, Megan held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Totall Metal Recycling from June 2011 to December 2011, a Human Resources Assistant at Missouri Athletic Club from April 2008 to June 2011, and an HR Coordinator at Bjc Home Care Services from March 2006 to April 2008.

Megan Baugh, PHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Granite City High School, although the specific years are unknown. Additionally, Megan Baugh has obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2018.
