Maddie Boerema currently serves as a Tax & Advisory Services Senior Associate at EHTC since January 2021, following a role as a Tax Accountant at Crowe from October 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Maddie gained valuable experience as an Accounting and Administration Intern at Promess, where responsibilities included managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring proper documentation. Additional experience includes serving as an Office Assistant at Hope College Registrar, handling confidential academic information, and an Audit-Tax Intern at Crowe, where tax return preparations were a key focus. Earlier roles included office assistance within the Student Development Office and working as an Aquatics Instructor at SpringHill Camps. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Accounting and Management from Hope College, earned in 2019.
