Carol Holland

Carol Holland has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Manager at EI Microcircuits since 2001. In this role, Carol develops strategic plans by conducting thorough research to provide valuable insights for the leadership team. Carol also manages HR software applications, continually seeking innovative uses for the data to support decision-making across the organization. Prior to EI Microcircuits, Carol worked in HR at Coloplast from 1991 to 2001. Carol holds a degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is certified as a PHR through the Society of Human Resource Management.
