Loubna El Amine

Loubna El Amine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and CRM consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Cognizant since November 2021, Loubna previously held managerial positions at EI-Technologies Mena from July 2015 to November 2021, progressing from Salesforce CRM Consultant to Senior Manager. Additionally, Loubna gained practical experience during an internship at Ericsson in 2014, focusing on WCDMA design and optimization. Loubna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut, completed in 2015, and a Lebanese Baccalaureate in Life Science from Greenfield College High School, obtained in 2011.
