Eric Bugeja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital integration, engineering, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal – Digital Integration & Capability at EIC Activities since November 2017, Eric has led transformative initiatives within CIMIC to enhance digital delivery. As Chairperson of the Board at buildingSMART Australasia, Eric drives innovation in digital building practices. Previous roles include leadership positions at GHD, where Eric managed virtual/augmented reality teams, developed a Digital Engineering framework, and directed rail infrastructure projects. Eric's technical proficiency originated in early engineering roles, leading to significant contributions in food processing and automation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, and attended Harvard University for further education.
