Anuj Rastogi

Anuj Rastogi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anuj started their career with Sahara India as an HR Executive in November 2002 and worked there until March 2005. Subsequently, they joined Mahindra Finance as a Zonal HR Manager from March 2005 to April 2007. Anuj then moved on to Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., where they worked as a Senior Manager in Human Capital from May 2007 to April 2012, handling HR activities for multiple regions. In 2012, they joined Tata Motors as a Business HR for PV Business & JLR until July 2015. Currently, Anuj is working at Eicher Trucks and Buses, where they held various roles, including Vertical Head HR for Heavy Duty Trucks from July 2015 to October 2016, Head HR for Manufacturing Operations from October 2016 to July 2021, and currently holds the position of Head HR for Sales & Marketing starting from August 2021.

Anuj Rastogi completed their MBA in Human Resources from an undisclosed institution between 2000-2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree focusing on Commerce from an unknown institution from 1996-1999.
