Taniya Arya is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, acquisition, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at KEAN Construction since November 2024, Taniya previously held the position of Senior Manager - Human Capital at Puravankara Limited, where responsibilities included performance management and HR planning. Taniya’s prior roles include Manager of HR at Tridhaatu Realty & Infra Pvt. Ltd. and Vardhman Group, as well as Assistant Manager of HR at Worlee Chemie India Pvt. Ltd., showcasing a strong background in various HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement.
