Mohit Sharma Barthwal has a diverse work experience in sales training and management. Mohit Sharma started their career at Focus, where they served as Branch Head and Soft Skills Trainer. At DSC Limited, they worked as an Assistant Sales Training Manager, responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating various training programs. Mohit Sharma then joined Piaggio as the Manager of Sales Training for the West and North India region. At Jawa a.s., they served as the National Sales Training Manager, where they analyzed sales results and determined training requirements. Mohit Sharma later joined Tata Play Ltd as a Senior Manager of Sales Training, focusing on enhancing the capability and productivity of the sales team. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Manpower Capability Building at Eicher Tractors.

Mohit Sharma Barthwal has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they completed the ISB Executive Programme on Leadership at the Indian School of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, in 2012-2013, they pursued a PGDBM (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) at Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University, enhancing their knowledge in Business Administration and Management. Before that, from 2006 to 2008, they obtained a Master's degree in Economics Administration & Financial Management from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. Additionally, from 2001 to 2004, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Administration, History, and Hindi Literature at the same university.

In 2018, they received a certification in Instructional Design from the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD). Mohit Sharma also became a Certified BS IV Auto Tech Trainer by "Piaggio Plant Training Centre" and a Certified Trainer by "Dale Carnegie Training" in the same year. In 2014, they received certification and training from Dale Carnegie Training. In 2013, they earned certifications from Khusheim valtech, Acumen Business Consulting, and Dale Carnegie Training for different training programs. Additionally, in 2010, Mohit Sharma Barthwal became a Certified Trainer by Centum Learning Limited and in 2007, they received certification from FOCUS.
