Rick Valbuena

Rick Valbuena has extensive experience as a Field Engineer and Senior Designer, having worked for Eichleay Engineers since December 2005. rick has been involved in designs and modifications for various projects, including the Flue Gas Scrubber System at Valero Refinery. Prior to this, rick worked at Bechtel Power Corporation for over two decades, focusing on plant design for a range of industries such as nuclear, refinery, mining, and biotech. Rick holds a BSIE degree from Adamson University, with a focus on feasibility studies, time and motion studies, and research & development.
