Kyle Orwick

Kyle Orwick is a seasoned professional in transaction advisory services, currently serving as a Partner at Eide Bailly LLP since August 2014, where Kyle leads the Buy-Side Due Diligence and Sell-Side Quality of Earnings practice. Previously, Kyle held the position of Senior Manager in Transaction Services and was instrumental in managing international audits and corporate finance engagements at Ebner Stolz from September 2011 to July 2014. Kyle's expertise also extends to their time as a Senior Assurance Associate at Eide Bailly, performing audits for diverse sectors, and as an Accounting Intern at Cargill Incorporated. Kyle's academic background includes a dual degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of North Dakota, complemented by studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Additionally, Kyle contributed to the Minnesota Fringe Festival as a Board Member and Treasurer from March 2016 to March 2021.
