Rune Tøndel

Chief Steward at Eidesvik Offshore ASA

Rune Tøndel has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rune started their career in 1982 as a 1st Cook at Sig. Bergesen d.y and worked there until 1988. Rune then joined the Norwegian navy/UN forces as a Combat Cook from 1987 to 1989. In 1990, they became a Restaurant Manager at Den glade viking and served in that role until 1993. From 1993 to 2006, they worked at IK Lykke Bunnpris as a Deli Manager. In 1995, they also worked as a Catering Consultant at UKM Norge until 2005. Finally, in 2006, they joined Eidesvik Offshore ASA as the Chief Steward, and they continue to work there.

Rune Tøndel's education history is as follows:

In 1981 to 1982, they attended Trondheim kokk og stuert skole, specializing in Marine cook studies.

From 1984, they pursued a Marine Chief cook Certificate at Trondheim kokk og stuertskole.

In 1985 to 1986, they furthered their studies at Trondheim kokk og stuert skole, focusing on Handelsfag (Commerce) and earning the degree of Marine catering officer.

Finally, in 1988, they obtained a Marine catering officer certificate from Trondheim kokk og stuert skole.
