Currently serving as Chief Steward at Rosetta by Ferns since December 2021, Lokesha previously held the role of Chief Steward at COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT HEBBALA from September 2019 to October 2021. Lokesha also contributed to DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore as a Kitchen Stewarding Manager from May 2013 to September 2019, and has held various stewarding positions at prominent establishments including Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel At Brigade Gateway and ITC Limited - Royal Gardenia. Lokesha began the career at Skygourmet Catering Pvt. Ltd. as a Kitchen Executive, specializing in international airline catering, and has consistently demonstrated expertise in kitchen operations and team leadership throughout this extensive career.
