Senior Vice President, Clinical Development at Eidos Therapeutics

Leonid K. has extensive work experience in the field of clinical development. Leonid started their career at the University of California, San Francisco, where they served as a Resident in Internal Medicine from 2000 to 2003 and later became a Fellow in Endocrinology from 2003 to 2006.

In 2006, Leonid joined Merck Research Labs, Merck & Co. as an Associate Director of Clinical Research. Leonid held this position until 2010, gaining valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

From 2010 to 2013, Leonid worked at Amgen as a Medical Director of Clinical Research, further honing their expertise in the field. Leonid then joined BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. in 2013, where they served as a Senior Director of Clinical Sciences until 2017.

In 2017, Leonid joined Myovant Sciences as a Senior Director of Clinical Development before being promoted to Vice President of Clinical Development later that year. Leonid held this position until 2018, when they joined Eidos Therapeutics as a Vice President of Clinical Development. In 2021, Leonid climbed the ranks to become the Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at Eidos Therapeutics.

Leonid K. began their education journey in 1993 at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Leonid successfully completed their degree with the highest honors in 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, from 1996 to 2000, Leonid attended the University of California, Davis - School of Medicine to earn their Medical Degree (M.D.) in the field of Medicine.
