Francois Martinier

Francois Martinier has extensive work experience in the technology and publishing industries. Francois has worked at multiple companies and held various roles throughout their career.

In 2003, Francois started their career as a Software Developer at Globe Staff Consulting, where they later became the Manager of the Software Department. In this role, they were responsible for creating and managing the department and researching innovative solutions in the localization domain.

In 2007, Francois worked as an Analyst Programmer at Interface IP, followed by a role as a Study and Development Engineer at Ventoris. Later that year, they joined Università di Bologna as a Researcher for their thesis project.

In 2008, Francois joined Capgemini Consulting as a Developer before transitioning to EidosMedia as an Application Specialist. At EidosMedia, they worked on the implementation and system integration of the Content Management System, Méthode. Francois also served as a Technical Project Manager, where they were responsible for the analysis, management, and implementation of the convergence between multiple news and media organizations.

From 2013 to 2016, Francois worked at D-Share - Next Generation Publishing. Francois first held the role of Account Executive EMEA before becoming the Head of Project Management. In this role, they managed the Project Management Service and key projects for various clients, including Huffington Post, Sport Network, and DLT Media.

Returning to EidosMedia in 2016, Francois began their tenure as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Francois later transitioned to Director Consulting Services, where they managed client relationships and oversaw delivery and financial metrics for the finance express customer segment. Currently, Francois holds the position of Director Professional Services. In this role, they lead the operations of the US Professional Services team, manages client accounts relationships, and drives financial metrics and customer account management.

Francois Martinier has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer science and software engineering. Francois obtained a Master's Degree in M.Sc. Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from the Université de Bordeaux from 2005 to 2008. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's Degree in M.Tech. Computer Science, again with a specialization in Software Engineering.

In 2006-2007, Francois went to the University of Twente as part of the Erasmus program and earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science.

Earlier in their education, from 2003 to 2004, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech. Computer Science from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale. Before that, from 2001 to 2003, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, with a major in Software Engineering, from the University of South Brittany.

Francois' academic journey began at Lycée Saint-Michel, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Mathematics.

Additionally, Francois Martinier has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt obtained from GreyCampus in January 2019.
