In 2006, they joined EidosMedia S.p.A. as a Business Development Manager. After just over a year, they transitioned to EidosMedia in 2007, holding various roles including General Manager, Acting CEO, and Chief Operating Officer. Holger's most recent position at EidosMedia is as the Chief Operating Officer, a role they have held since June 2017.
