William Kwak has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. William started their career at Qantas in 1995 as an Analyst Programmer and worked their way up to become a Technical/Team Lead. In this role, they led a team and provided technical expertise. William then joined NCSi Australia in 2007 as an Application Support Lead, where they oversaw application support operations. William then worked at Macquarie Bank as a Technical Support Analyst before joining Fairfax Media in 2010. At Fairfax Media, they served as the Systems Support Team Leader for the Financial Review website. In this role, they managed a team of support developers and maintained expert knowledge of the portfolio of applications and systems. Since 2016, they have been working at EidosMedia as a Support Co-ordinator, where they focus on providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. William encourages collaboration and applies their ITIL-focused experience to drive continuous improvement.

William Kwak completed their secondary education at Hong Kong Island School from 1984 to 1988, earning their GCSE degree. From 1988 to 1991, they attended Port Hacking High School, where they obtained their HSC degree. Following this, they pursued higher education at UNSW from 1992 to 1994, specializing in Computer Science and obtaining a BSc degree. In addition to their formal education, William obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2018.
