Mathieu Bergeron

Mathieu Bergeron is a Senior IT Support Specialist at Eidos-Montréal since June 2020, having previously held roles at CGI as a Consultant from February 2016 to June 2020, and earlier positions at S&E CLOUD as a senior IT consultant and project manager. Experience includes on-site and remote IT support, system migrations, Active Directory management, and incident management systems implementation. Additional expertise encompasses support for various software and hardware environments, including extensive work with telephony systems, project management, and technical training. Educational qualifications include an AEC in Network Management from Collège de Sherbrooke and an AEC in Microcomputer Techniques from Collège de l'Estrie.
